What is a big lesson you've learned through your experiences?

I'm particularly focused and eager to learn as much as I can about the Sub-To (Subject-To) method and Owner Financing.A little about me: I own a multi-service home improvement company, which has given me a solid foundation in property maintenance and renovation.

I added more cabinets in the kitchenI added a handrail to steps in the rearI had new cement poured on sidewalk, porch and drivewayI added new storm doors to all 3 doorsI added new cordless, faux wood blinds throughout home (Home Depot installed)I repainted and repaired detached garage Lessons learned?

lesson learned is do not refund before getting paid...At least for the near future. 

if they don't agree, go visit the  auditor, and have your baseline argumentation coming as well. they're very professional overall.sometimes , the best way to understand things is also to understand the exact tax language, word by word.

I am learning that I might know more than the team members at Doorloop as I use the software. 

If you are going to self-manage than at a minimum you need to learn about the laws and leases.
