Ergo, I don't see many companies enthusiastically picking up and moving their people to come here.As part of its dying, Pittsburgh currently survives on a torrent of federal money coming into this area to house, feed, and medically provide for its elderly population.

😉I'm currently looking for leads or to connect directly with: Real Estate Agents/Brokers that specialize in larger properties and can provide me MLS feeds for my target markets so I can start gaining familiarity with the markets (i.e. rents, price, CAP rates). 

In my view: everyone is contributing to the deterioratin of the USD and feeding the monster that is the Federal Reserve. 

and his adoring fans are like:  good for those greedy investors they should lose all their money  he feeds right into that mentality. 

Some foreign investors are ripe to get ripped off with their capital from people who want to manipulate them into believing certain things are possible.They invest on a dream instead of reality.I would rather say NO to someone for business than feed into their delusional state chasing a myth that does not exist.Now you can invest in ground up developments and some turn around projects that might hit close to those numbers but not a trophy asset that is stabilized.

I guess they would be happy to have money to feed their family temporarily but then get hit with the interest and then they wouldn't be as grateful or would severely regret their actions.

Since you are posting this question here, you likely don’t have an established network that will feed you buyers and listings—which is key to making it full time.
