Having the call center has really elevated our business and allows us to concentrate on expanding rather than taking day to day phone calls.

Our economic system is complex, my suggestion is to learn as much about it from primary sources and listen to people on the internet as little as possible. 

I have done some internet search but I am not sure how credible they are.  

@Jennifer White nothing.Educate yourself and you will not have surprises.And I am not talking about only through the internet and podcasts, buy books about RE and read them all, I’ve read like 5-6 books before my first deal, you wont have much surprises after.

Concentrate on getting a few deals going and creating some equity or cashflow to protect first, then worry about how to do it. 

If it's $500-700 you'll likely have to do it for them because they don't know how to use the internet. 

It wasn’t an indictment of your situation, and you have no reason to listen to a stranger on the internet.

I just need help and tips because I can’t find much on the internet for younger people interested in real-estate and how to pursue that.

If they do not I would just concentrate on frugality and try to advertise some sort of seller financing for the house.
