Looking for local attorney for Self Directed Retirement Plans LLC

Hi everyone! I am new here. I am interested in making better use of my IRA funds and am interested in getting into real estate investment. I have done some internet search but I am not sure how credible they are. I am interested in creating an IRA LLC (full checkbook control) which I would use to lend money to others to generate income. Kind of like how it is described in the link. It seems like Safeguard advisors can set this up. I would like to deal with a local attorney with good reputation and reasonable fees to handle this instead. That way, perhaps I can use them for closings and other real estate services too. So I am looking for recommendations on attorneys that will provide this service.

This is the type of statement I would need an attorney/CPA to help clarify.

"You obtain the ability to manage the property, collect the rent and pay the bills. Unlike just having a self-directed IRA which put restrictions on what you can do, the Self Directed Retirement Plans LLC structure allows you to perform maintenance on the property, advertise for renters, collect and deposit the rent checks, pay the real estate bills, etc. This save your IRA a lot of money and helps provide a more comfortable and prosperous retirement for you."

@Faisal Ahmed

What we do is very highly specialized.  Very few firms or attorneys work in this space, and are not scattered across the country in every state.  The retirement plan work is tax law, not real estate law, so you would want a separate attorney for closings.

Safeguard Advisors or any of our handful of national provider competitors will outperform a local attorney in many, many ways both in terms of quality and cost.  I have seen on dozens and dozens of occasions where someone goes to a local attorney who may have done a handful of such arrangements and they are hugely disappointed and then end up coming to us for help.

We have implemented thousands of these structures and have a streamlined, efficient and professional process for the establishment and - more importantly - support of these structures.

If you had issues with your heart, would you go to a general practitioner or to a cardiologist?  Specialists bring value.
