I'm in the process of petitioning to go to tax court after a year of back and forth with them providing supporting documentation.I'm interested if your opinion has changed over the years or if you have any recommendations?

I did most of this research in August 2020 so of course things may change, and I may have missed a thing or two, but I figured it might be useful to have an overview of some prominent brands if anyone else is as overwhelmed starting their search as I was.The brands I considered were all click-lock installation floating floors at least 5mm think, in the ~$2-4 price range, and all claim to be waterproof, scratch resistant, and stain resistant. 

Our property management contact changed hands a couple of times but the reps were great (good transition, responsive, professional responses, etc.).

In Snohomish County they changed the code so that builders would build more duplexes to help solve the affordable housing issue and part of that allowed duplexes to be built in lower density single family zoning.  

I have a theory that once a small property management company exceeds a certain number of units they need to completely change their org to manage more units.

Many aren't solvent or on the verge of bankruptcy because of poorly underwritten deals and using too much leverage.The interest rate and inflation fluctuate, the economy changes.

We obviously are not trying to change our identity but do feel that we should be paying attention and planning for new opportunities that will align with our businesses.

It is crucial that you start comparing numbers in different states and counties as fast as possible.
