I find that a long as my tenant has a voucher bedroom size equal or greater than my unit and reported income of at least one months rent, they will be approved for the requested amount, assuming the property will not have an excessive utility estimate based on size, utilities needed, and age.Through this process you will receive a list of the occupants who are on the tenant’s voucher and you can see if you can figure out who exactly is living there.
