Wall is sinking in a century-house building
I am in the process of assessing my first multi-family building! It is a 140 years old three floor building (corner building) in main street of a small town. In second floor, one middle wall is sinking, creating about 10 degree angle. I am wondering if anyone has experiences dealing with this type of issue in an old house?

Hello Amber, since your in the initial stage off assessment its better to get a structural engineer and have a look at it before you proceed. It seems a non load bearing wall otherwise the outcome would have been different. Good luck.
