I mean who would want to move all that equipment anyways? 

In Harrisburg, the property owner is responsible for sidewalks apparently.I dont have the equipment to cut the concrete.

Companies no longer invest or buy new equipment.

They can usually be found near the equipment and are controlled by small "arms" on the exterior of the branch line and held in place with a wing nut.  

That includes charges for supplies and renting equipment.

I’m talking about elderly people whom make money from their barber shop, hair salon or maybe from selling sport equipment out their shop that they need to pay rent for.

We reported it & 10 guys & equipment showed up from the town & deemed it a potential hazard BUT we could NOT remove it ourselves, even though we had also complained that tree limbs (widow makers) were falling on the sidewalk used by young school kids.

Other tools in the box is your knowledge, experience, capital on hand, literal tools/equipment you own, etc.You then need a project in which you can deploy the tools - aka the deal.If you can find a deal, the money will be easy.

The more you know, the better equipped you'll be to make smarter decisions.
