I am new to the real estate world but it’s a big goal and dream of mine to become an investor and learn to flip home as well as buy and hold! I’ve been learning so much by listening to Bigger Pockets on YouTube, reading books and doing research. I’m currently doing a 90 day challenge and planning to purchase a duplex very soon! Thanks for having me and wishing you all the best in your real estate endeavors!  Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I'm excited to hear that you're interested in becoming an investor! It's a great career path, and it can be very rewarding. I am an agent and investor myself. Here are a few pieces of advice I have.

I see you are already learning and doing your research. That would be my number one. The more you know, the better equipped you'll be to make smarter decisions.

Number two would be to find an agent that specializes in investing. A good agent can help find the right properties for your goals and budget. They can also help you analyze deals and run numbers.

Number three is to ensure you have a solid foundation and plan when buying your first property.

And last but not least. Don't be afraid to make mistakes or don't stress out too much when challenges come up. Take every challenge or loss as an opportunity to learn and grow. Everything is a win if you can do that.
