With the location of where you work becomes more flexible, vacation destinations such as SD will become more desirable for the "Digital Nomad" types who want to live near the beach during summers and in the mountains during winters.

Check the "bill me digitally" option, or "paper statements," or whatever each company calls it.

I know this is an older thread, but it might help others.I've been a Cozy user for a few years, but just switched to Avail.co.What I like about Avail is their tenant screening process and digital lease creation is MUCH better (Cozy doesn't help you write your lease nor provide guidance on local/state laws to consider).

I’ll see if I can dig it up.

You could still use those dollars to passively invest in real estate deals now and you will benefit from double digit returns and you would be eligible for some of the depreciation of say a Multifamily complex. 

I really like the police presence in that city they have this stuff under control for the most part we are able to build 500 to 600k houses in these areas and sell them to millennials..

He's a nice guy, but the neighborhood is less safe due to his presence.

It's not hard to turn a strong double digit return doing this.
