A bit about me, aside from my profile, is that im currently putting together a marketing strategy for finding Wholesale deals in the Denver area and surrounding cities (springs, foco, Pueblo) and am currently in Las Vegas Nevada putting together some get to Colorado money!

I am currently looking at the possibility of moving back to Las Vegas early next year and buying my first multifamily property and possibly house hacking. i use to lived in Vegas from 2011 to 2014 before moving to MD and im pretty familiar with the area. 

We have local REI meetups in Las Vegas for $20 and it includes dinner, much more intimate, and you can meet some nice, honest BP users there.I'm sure you could find something similar in Seattle or someone from BP might even put one on.

My property has a casino going in very close by (just broke ground).  

My account is with the Las Vegas, NV branch and their IRA department.
