Oceanside is a popular area for many in the military due to proximity to the base which I'm sure is why you selected that area.  

I have a pretty good realtor over here that actually specializes with investors, and she owns rental property. 

Carlos Frias is the vice president of business development for Hart Advisors Group, a real estate advisory firm that specializes in CMBS loan restructures and loan assumptions.

He knows the area in Jacksonville and we would be targeting college students, young professionals, and military personnel (which he has a lot of experience).
