I have seen it happen where the bank has allowed bank ORE to go to tax sale but those banks were terribly managed and not clients of mine.

The buildings are in terrible condition and I don't know if they are even worth remodeling, maybe demo'ing is the best option.

The past 9 months have been quite the learning experience and at the end of the day, I'm probably lucky that I had such terrible tenant right off the bat; my lease is 10X stronger, I know how to screen better, and once I have a candidate, I go over all expectations and everything else in the lease.
