Need an agent that specializes in Baltimore specifically downtown

I've been a member for a few months but haven't been active due to illness in the family. I'm now available to get started, and I'm looking for a distressed property I can rehab to live in or a foreclosure and eventually either sell or rent out. I'm from the Baltimore MD area and looking for somewhere downtown close to Federal Hill - Fells Point. Just wanted to know where I should get started, and knowing there are agents on these forums I'm hoping that someone would have some info. Thanks in advance.

Chuck--I have lived/worked in real estate in those downtown neighborhoods you mentioned.  Are you still looking to get started?  There's sooo much promising activity happening in South Baltimore (Stadium Square, the market renovation, Anthem House, Port Covington, and on and on).

Hey Nicole @Nicole A. what is the schedule of local meetups discussing real estate investing?  As none of my friends comprehend my business goals, I really need to network with other investing professionals.
