But, if the property were owned by an LLC (properly filed and maintained), your risk exposure would be insulated by the protection of the entity, leaving only the assets owned by the LLC (as opposed to all of your personal assets) exposed to potential lawsuits and judgments.

For Realtor license, here is a quick tip that helped pass the second time around, study all the terms In every chapter,  If you know the terms, your can correctly answer any question they throw at you :)Hope my 2cents helped ;)

If you can pull out your equity,  while maintaining at least 20% in your primary home, wouldnt you be able to get the 25% needed for the deal?
