High build primer (like that used in automotive finishes) simply puts a thicker coat....so that sanding will take out the imperfection...as opposed to using mud (or putty in automotive).

You mention you're trying to wholesale this house, so I'm going to assume that means you're trying to find a buyer to assign the contract to (as opposed to actually taking ownership and then reselling to the end buyer).If that's the case, you cannot "give the tenants notice to leave/vacate" as it has been suggested.

Nonetheless, buying parts from the original manufacturer is likely to be more costly than using one of the suggestions above.It looks like some of the cabinet boxes are colored on the inside to match the exterior - that is often done when the doors have clear glass... if so, a nice touch that may be less expensive than raised panels.

*I picked buy and hold for single family houses because I like long- term money hitting my bank account on a monthly basis....opposed to someone who maybe wants 20..50k from a single deal* Also, strategy could be based on risk tolerance/preference.The idea is just pick your direction and GO WITH IT.
