I think it does have a lot to do with real estate.... i tried the Lease Option path, had some deals setup, didn't fall through, and instead i turned into a virtual bird dog with a funnel system... and i like it.... no calls, no emails to be read, simply fill out their form and it goes directly to the person who would handle all of the inquiries.

Go to www.creditboards.com and read about establishing credit, everything you read there I don't agree with but there is a lot of great information on building (or for many rebuilding) credit.Starting out building your credit at your age is fantastic, just make sure to use responsible!
