First Post - pProperty Management
Hi Everyone -
Ashamed to admit, but I have been a member for over a year and this is my first post....
I wanted to get everyone's thoughts on Property Management. When I listen to Josh and Brandon (via Podcast) I often hear how hard it is to find a "great property manager... And when you do, you hold on to them." So my question is this; what makes a great property manager? Is it the availability and customer service? The prices?? The ability to do all the handy work?? Etc.
Thanks looking forward to reading responses.
Josh from Denver
