The terms you can expect will vary based on your experience, reserves, and credit scores and of course the property details.   

Here are some further details that may help you all weigh in on the pros and cons:4 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, 2200 sq. ft., split level, finished basement, 1 acre, roughly valued at $500kLocated in a quiet late 70's neighborhood just outside an expensive urban area.

Otherwise they are running the risk of getting fined by the city and/or people taking it lightly and starting to keep junk or non-working items on their premises and eventually turning the park into a car junk yard.With that said, i don't think any reasonable manager  would refuse a request to postpone this by a couple of weeks (if that's what we are talking about).

I love the "free calculators," but I also know that a lot of experienced investors will include specific items that may not be generic/general knowledge - or just have a personal bent toward certain criteria.
