Having lived in New castle county for most of my life ( born here as well), I am very familiar with the area.

I've seen a lot of problems with people (mostly foreign born people but don't take it as a racist remark) renting out a place and inviting a dozen or more family members....most of which aren't legal US residents to begin with.

I was born and raised in Bozeman Mt, however I have spent many wonderful weekends skiing at the Whitefish resort.

I was born and raised in Atlanta, and spent many years in the North Metro-Suburbs which are super hot like Sandy Springs, Roswell, Alpharetta, etc.  

I was born and raised in the DSM metro area, so I know the area quite well.
