New member in NW Montana

Hello to all!!  Just wanted to give a brief introduction before I delve to deep into the forums and the BP site in general.  My name is Ted Smith and currently living in Whitefish, MT and yes it truly is god's country as they say up here.  

A few years back my wife and I took an extended vacation traveling the globe, we fell in love with seeing new places and all the new experiences.  We came home and decided we needed to change our life and make a goal that would allow us the freedom to do the things we want to be able to do and earn a healthy living at the same time.  This is where our interest in real estate and specifically mobile home park investing began.  For the past two years we have been saving as much capital as we could and will continue to do so while we begin to learn about the industry.  We have finally come to a point where I feel we need to begin educating ourselves on how to go about reaching our goals and fulfilling our dreams.  

This has lead us to Bigger Pockets and we are both excited to begin learning.  While my knowledge is very limited at this time, I do hope I can also provide some insight or at least ideas to all in this forum and will try to always help when I can.  I thank all of you for the wonderful insight, knowledge, wisdom and of course time you have all put in and hope to speak to you soon.
