Race Trace and Quick Trip have about 8 to 12 stations for 16 to 24 pumps but acreage is 1 to 2 acres versus smaller stations at 1/2 an acre.

I spend the rest on various things, including 2 properties that do not produce income,( horse corrals and 35 acres outside of town for ag/recreation use).
