Fair split for Capital Partners

Posted

Hi, i am completely new to this and want to start by investing using the BRRR method, i live in Miami but 8 am planning to start in Orlando or Indi, start buying properties below the 100k.

Since last year i have being working on my personal finances getting out of debt and getting my emergency fund ready but I am to start buying cash deals and start making offers but I have my brother leaving overseas with plenty of cash sitting and willing to invest. I will like to start doing some deals with his cash and my credit, how should i present him the deals and what will be a fair share of profits both on the cash flow and property value increase? So together we can start doing BRRR.

Thanks
