Say you can spend 1k to fix up the apartment and rent it out for 500 a month , you may want to add in a little for that or maybe not , or you might even need to subtract more off the price if it needs extensive work.  

He/She may do it for free, but it won't be as extensive compared to a paid inspection.

Those are pretty extensive repairs and not likely to get done on time for the closing this time of year.

All,I've been extensively researching and attempting to find legit REI mentors, but I simply keep finding my way back to multiple guru discussions and doubts of legitimacy regarding the gurus (on top of massive fees to use their educational material and systems). 

The repairs are extensive, anyone know of a GC that can give me an estimate?

Should I keep the name similar and make it an extension of the handyman business or use something completely different and keep them separate?
