How do I determine the cost to rehab?

Hey there everyone, my name is Gilbert and like a lot of us here I have a ton of question to easy the trembling feels of buying my first investment.

Once you have chosen a rehab property to look at how do you determine the cost of repairs? Do hire a contractor on hand to view it with you?

Thank you

Yes you definitely want to contact a contractor to walk the property with you. He/She may do it for free, but it won't be as extensive compared to a paid inspection. Reach out to some of the local flippers in your area and ask if they recommend any local contractors! Good luck :)
