Thoughts on Business Name?

Good Evening all,

As I am going through the resources I am beginning to think about setting up my business and business plan, and I came to a question I am pondering. What to name my real estate business. We currently have a Handyman business that includes our last name in the business name, and I am wondering if I should stick with something similar to that name for the real estate business, since we are already known and trusted in our area. Our handyman business has a 5 star rating and reviews and a lot of word of mouth advertising. What are your thoughts? Should I keep the name similar and make it an extension of the handyman business or use something completely different and keep them separate? Possible Pros and Cons?
