@Parker Maher my Podio design is very customized to handle leads as the come in, followup schedules direct to the calendar, opportunity evaluation and offer assembly, communication with the buyers, flip the switch and take the entire project to rehab project management where you can solidify repair costs, send request for bids, receive the bids and award the work, track expenses both material and labor.

Now that is a mute point, but are there any other benefits that we would be able to capitalize on to excel the progress with BRRR's and Flips?
