First, of all be careful how you word things.

Open your search up to other counties and cities but be careful as you go far North and West as those markets are very different than Montville in terms of customer preference and the properties themselves (some have cesspool/septic)

I'm selling it so cheap, that I doubt the buyer is going to to care either.
