Recommendations for a good area for buy/hold in New Jersey where the math makes sense... any ideas?  I feel like I should go more west to PA....

@Amul Sutaria you can find deals all over.  you more so need to be willing to put money into what many consider high priced properties to generate high rent and make a return worth while.  I did a decent amount of research in PA before deciding to stick in NJ, I'm glad I stuck in state but cant fully compare since I never purchased out of state.
