Deductible for First 4plex

I’m closing on my first investment property in 2 weeks and I need to decide on what insurance im going with. I shopped around and got a bunch of quotes and have narrowed it down to 3 options that only differ in the deductible. Does anyone with experience recommend any certain deductible or should I just go with the highest deductible/lowest payment in order to maximize cash flow?
