And yes shiny walls look interesting sometimes and they hold up better in bathrooms however I was mainly talking about the brand of paint doing really well for me in a single coat and being durable; I've seen youtube videos of the same kind of paint being used to paint cars and they come out looking pretty good.

The house was built in 1969 by a professional carpenter/owner/occupier who did a very nice job building the house but had not remodeled the bathrooms since the house was built and remodeled the kitchen around 1985.
