I wouldn't do a new contract of everything, just kind of an add-on/new addition saying "as the main tenants you here by accept liability for this guest____, his animals, and any and all legal issues that could arise from your allowance of said guests". if you really want to you could make them do a new lease depending the laws in your area and include him but I personally understand helping a buddy of family member out and want to make my tenant happy any way I can.

Kris, in this instance, that list would not do you any good since your Realtor brought it to after the proposed borrower.I prefer Amy's short answer as well in this one case, but there is more.I assure you that similar situations will arise again trying to be a lender and working on the other side of the fence.

As one moves forward decade by decade, the usage falls off and by the 1970s, it is largely limited to outside applications that require high durability, window trims and so forth.Issues arise when you "disrupt" lead based paint by sanding, scraping, removing drywall, etc.

My suggestion is to either buy a good book on securities laws or buy 3 hours of a securities attorneys time and find out the various options.By the way, I have been syndicating offerings for 28 years and still have questions about new issues that arise as the technology of media and communications change!
