You need to find some local real estate investor meetings and ask the cash buyer investors that are active in your area.

Unfortunately, most on main street see wall street as this big bad wolf. 

I know there are some past forum posts but I was wanting to get together with some people who are currently active in this space.

I have been in over 300 Multis in Worcester in 2018 and have walked most of the neighborhoods so i have an understanding street by street what you are getting into. 

Unfortunately real estate alone doesn't offer a ton of opportunities either in a traditional planning sense (i.e. not talking about 1031s, property managment companies, etc.)With active trades or businesses many times we can advocate for large retirement contributions into 401ks or SEPs which can save a bunch in taxes.

I will give it a shot and see what kind of activity I get after a month or so.
