Needless to say that relationship involved a lot of trust which began with meeting in person and touring his projects to get a sense of quality of work etc.

Both has tenant screening and I posted in my listing clearly to apply first followed by touring after shortlisting potential prospects. 7 days listed, 50 application till now, 7+ applicant are prospects, 4 weeks I have before tour, as of today there are 7 homes available in the market for roughly same moving date (first week of July).Given this above statistics, there are few applicants they are personally emailing me.

What are some of the other neighbourhoods in Indiana which provide stable cash flow and are in safe neighbourhoods.Does anyone have or can point me to a detailed neighbourhood map of Indianapolis  neighbourhoodsI am planning to be in Indianapolis around the 28th ,29th of June and would love the opportunity to meet some of the turnkey providers and property managers who can provide a tour of the city and neighbourhoods they invest in.Thank you in advance!!

One we use is must not be more than 5 minutes late to a property tour or early, if so you don't meet the minimum requirements and we can pass on the applicant.
