We are all going through hell here in North Jersey / NYC metro, so why are these politicians pushing their horrible agenda on the back of small landlords.

Google says its 1.5 hours to midtown if you take the metro north but when talking to locals they say they can get to grand central in 40 minutes if you ride express and that it comes every 15 min or so.

And btw is not on the north side

He stayed with us for 3-4 months each year & was gone on the North Sea oil rigs the rest of the time.

I don't know where you are, but in north Florida that money could get you two rental properties in decent, move in ready condition.
