Are any of you independent Real Estate Investors where you do everything on your own, without a team (aside from renovation work)?

I'm going to my last day of a rich dad education 3 day seminar today titled Independent Woman. 

I am a independent contractor /carpenter from southern Maine with 12 years experience in all facets of home building and renovation.

What happens is going to depend a lot on state law and municipal codes where you are.The unfortunate fact is that you will likely need to evict, and that she is right and she will not be liable for anything prior to her establishing independent residency.  

The Great Lakes REIA meeting is Wed 2/18 at the Double Tree Hilton in Independence from 6:00-8:00pm.

I would rather have lots of little, independent engines.

Hopefully, in a couple of years I can post my own success story of gaining financial independence, like many have here in BP.I look forward to building long lasting relationships through BP in the very near future!

Our goal is to be financially independent and 8-5 pm free through real estate.

He's actually independent of Guidant, they referred me to him and his fees are included in the set up.
