Contractor looking to flip houses

Hi everybody. I 'm a new member to bigger pockets and look forward to the many helpful principles and guidance it affords. I am a independent contractor /carpenter from southern Maine with 12 years experience in all facets of home building and renovation. I have a great network of trades professionals to use as resources for projects. I am looking for advice on how to connect with real estate investors who can partner with me to purchase and flip homes. I have spent many years working my tail off making other contractors money. I am eager to put my work ethic plus my passion and creativity to attract projects that can help me on my road to financial growth and independence. While I don't have the cash flow to purchase properties i know i have a great wealth of knowledge about the work necessary and the associated costs and certainly the risks involved. Any advice is much appreciated. I am just beginning this networking journey and its exciting!
