People not only talk but also listen :) Good communication is having good listening skills.As for myself, I use to help manage apartment buildings.

As for my skill sets, I've worked mostly in customer service so I have great communication skills as well as skills selling, problem solving, critical thinking and math.

Communicate often and visit the project to verify work complete.
