I am on the way to rehab and begin renting them again and sell off my farm etc. one at a time and move to another beach town where it is cheaper and without all the crime and traffic.

I drive around and it looks like a bunch of drifters and is definitely a low income area; my initial thoughts are: if only someone could figure out how to catch all the pass through traffic going to west beach or ocean shores and the coast.
