I lived in martinez/ pleasant hill area for most of my life prior to relocating to AR.No partnership on this one. 

There's a section on calculating gains/losses, and another on determining if you're eligible for an exclusion of gain (i.e. selling due to hardship like job relocation).

That said, a happy medium could be bypassing that panel and relocating it to another common area.
