Happy New Year BP!!

I put my primairy residence on the market last month and currently am in contract with a potential buyer. I am selling in California (bay area) and will be relocating my family to Atlanta Ga. From the sale of my California home I will have enough capitol to put a down payment on another primairy in Atlanta as well as a small multi family, does anyone know of an investor friendly agent in the Atlanta area? My intentions are to begin and continue to build a portfolio in that reigion
