I found Bigger Pockets while I was randomly looking for a podcast to occupy my time as I drove across country and got hooked pretty instantaneously, listening to at least 10, back to back by the end of my drive! 

There are random ones here and there but those are the only places that stick out in my mind that have a bunch.

I'll live in one of the rooms and rent out the others to random people.  

I think the answer is simply the reputation that comes with Dorchester, but I have had nothing but positive experiences with neighbors and random strangers.

That should be enough proof for her that she was paying for services (housing) rather than just sending a random stranger money for nothing.

Zelle has limits, paypal inevitably has tenants sending as "goods and services" incurring fees, and cashapp has limits AND randomly connects to the wrong bank account on my end, which is a big hassle.
