How the game is played?
I just found this site this mornng while randomly searching for tips, and haven't been able to stop reading the forum. I decided after reading numerous other postings that it would be good to introduce myself as well.
So, i'm slowely getting into the game of real estate investing. I have aquired a few properties in the past few years, however I have not fully engaged myself into investing fully in the real estate game. I also have my eye on ward 8 DC and the rapid rebuilds going on there. I just need more confidence on floating loans and maximizing my profit potentials.
