The reason there are alot of "wannabee wholsalers" is because many are not committed or consistent enough or patient to wait out the months where they dont get any houses undre contract.

It doesn't make sense to me to pay this guy what are extremely valuable dollars to prevent you from doing deals and tell you stuff you already know.I would discontinue paying for his services, continue educating yourself and taking action, and stay patient.

I was told that I should try to extend it out for as long as possible and just pay extra once I built up a safety net, but they don't offer 30 yr. mortgages for this investment (maybe because it's not much money I am borrowing).
