However, there's a lot of new multiple family construction going on, notably new developments like Haven South (840 bed development) and a new $40M, 702 bed complex that the city just approved.  

I'm looking into a duplex right now but there is a giant red flag with the utilities...The tenants pay the gas but the landlord is responsible for water, sewer and electric. 

Question - Is the #3 parcel notably bigger than #2?
