That headline number from the assessor doesn't tell you much until you dig in, especially when multi's are so tied to the performance of your rent over the like-kind comparison of sq footage/finishes of single family homes.You could have a valuation from 125k-200k+ without specifics.

It all started with a cheap, lazy contractor who should have kept it above ground and put a shed around it but decided since the bulldozer is on site and it's easy to dig a hole, it saves him money and they basically pass on their responsibilities.
