I misspoke and meant as far as the real estate, concept seemed similar.

It's common practice for the city's plans to say one thing, but not immediately update the zoning.Some of these areas at the edge of downtown sometimes have very flexible zoning that was meant to accommodate large houses that have been turned into offices or apartments.

It's just the niche we decided to come in haha And that's how we wanted to get started in Real Estate - providing all the tools to FSBO owners - because that meant we would need to learn A LOT to be able to help home owners.

What I meant was, that targeting using FaceBook's basic 'demographics' ads is not targeted enough, but to use more targeted sources .. the most targeted being people who already visited your site looking to sell their home.

It was meant to be a rental and due to some circumstances reno finished very late and we just decided to sell.

I meant you can search on the map for "sold" properties nearby. 

This meant the property and even any future improvements  were virtually uninsurable forever.

This meant my real offers got real responses.
