I can't beat anyone here on "grossness" but my first eviction involved my first tenants; a older woman, her adult daughter and the daughters two teenage children, one of whom had a baby during the tenancy.All five skipped out over one weekend leaving me what ended up being 45 bags of garbage.

As in all industries, there are pro guru’s and, sleaze-bag gurus.There are about five educators (who you call Guru’s) that I hold in very high regard and i will say without hesitation, "what they forget about the real estate in day is more than you (me included) would learn in a lifetime."
