@Kevin Coleman It may be a little pricey but consider looking into getting a smart lock with a digital keypad. 

Likewise a call to any of the local news stations investigative reporters.A TV news story about a real estate investor screwing the proverbial little old lady (no offense intended) will get a lot of eyeballs.I don't know that you'll have much success going after the contractors as you were not their customer. 

So being a product of the digital age, my son went to work sleuthing.

Just a word of caution on my own behalf, the whole Amazon craze is for a warehouse facility providing low income jobs for packing/shipping, NOT the big secondary headquarters that's been in the news lately.

With nearly 6 million advertisers on Fakebook's ad platform, the news feed has become full and as a result, it has now become a battleground for ad competition.
