I hate to switch from Mint since it has a couple of years of data on it, but manually entering all of my receipts is a giant pain.

Or does each syndicator have their own method of keeping track of these data points? 

If you are pulling it from your self directed IRA I can pay the transfer fees.

You can transfer your ownership of a partnership into a separate “child” series (say Child Series LLC-Property1,) but this can be done privately through your computer at home instead of creating a new LLC - and it’s housed under the “parent” Series LLC.

Account ClosedUnless you have IRAs or former employer funds already that can be transferred to the solo 401k, I agree that it may not make much sense to open a solo 401k plan. 

PA is one of the highest cost states I have run into to transfer title..
